- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every property is different, so pricing is customized based on square footage, condition of the surfaces, and the services requested. We offer free estimates, transparent pricing, and no surprise charges. Discounts are available for bundled services and repeat customers. Our goal is to deliver professional results and long-term value, not rushed work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing the project and providing a free estimate. Once approved, we schedule the service, arrive on time, and complete the work using professional equipment and safe cleaning methods. After the job is finished, we do a final walkthrough to make sure the customer is fully satisfied with the results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our experience comes from 15+ years of hands-on training and real-world work in residential and commercial exterior cleaning. We are trained in proper pressure washing and soft washing techniques, surface-specific cleaning methods, equipment operation, and safe chemical application to provide high-quality results while protecting our customers’ property. Our team also holds OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 safety certifications, demonstrating our commitment to job site safety, hazard awareness, and professional operating standards.
