- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Using a Realtor to buy a home costs NOTHING to the home buyer! Sellers pay the commissions, in saying that I believe in a true partnership. I have some ways to make sure we are all comfortable and informed on how we can work together to make it beneficial to everyone. Let's chat!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I think of this as a partnership. I like to meet my clients to see if we are a good fit for each other. We will be spending much time together, and communicating often. I want to make sure we both work well together so the transaction is as enjoyable as possible.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I purchased a condo in 2005, the profit from that allowed me to purchase a 3 bedroom block home with no money out of pocket. At that moment, I realized the impact that Real Estate has on growing personal wealth. I wanted to help others do just that, gain wealth through Real Estate. It's rewarding to set people up for the future!
