- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Fees are based on service provided. Fee schedule is posted. Referral discounts are provided, upon approved referral.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Conduct a comprehensive consultation 2. Provide an estimate and time expectation 3. Once estimate is accepted and job scope and timeframe are agreed upon, work will commence. 4. I provide ongoing updates, as appropriate 5. Work is complete within 72 hours in most cases (from the moment information needed, such as dates, is received)
