Joshua was very thorough and professional. He explained everything and made recommendation. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had to pay for the filter. When A-1 pumped out my septic in August of 2021, it was free with the service.

Michael was great he worked hard and pointed out the problem with the septic lid. I can't afford to pay the price for a new kid kit at this time but he talked me into a advantage plan and 2 bottles of your liquid clean out.mike was really good tech you should be happy to have him on your team
