Joshua was very thorough and professional. He explained everything and made recommendation. The only thing I was disappointed in was that I had to pay for the filter. When A-1 pumped out my septic in August of 2021, it was free with the service.

Michael was great he worked hard and pointed out the problem with the septic lid. I can't afford to pay the price for a new kid kit at this time but he talked me into a advantage plan and 2 bottles of your liquid clean out.mike was really good tech you should be happy to have him on your team

Mathew went above and beyond! Pumped our tank out in one of the worst storms Ive seen! Told him we could get by if he didnt want to proceed.He said no we need it and got it done. Cant say enough about this young man.
