Dave is very honest and very thorough, which are more important to me than getting the best price. I was interested in doing the job right, the first time around, and I could quickly tell from the first time I met Dave that this is how he operates. Dave did an excellent job on a fairly large (time consuming) project, that ran almost 10 hours long. He was very efficient in his time, honest in his billing (didn't charge me for lunch or for time spent getting supplies), and his pricing was very fair. Dave's install was very professional; no sloppy work here. He's also very meticulous, but also responsive to your requests. Most impressively, Dave even didn't hesitate to stay late, well past sunset, to finish the job and make sure everything was working and 100% correct. That's the type of person you want working on your project. I highly recommend Dave for his work quality, professionalism, and work ethic, and wouldn't hesitate to use him again in future projects.

Today completed the installation of the irrigation system and sod. Excellent experience throughout the process. Alpine overcame all the obstacles thrown at them. "Call before you dig" team was delayed, the equipment was delayed and the sod was delayed. But that did not stop them from getting the work done on time and on budget. Highly recommend.

Dave from Alpine was awesome! He responded quickly. He was very friendly and professional. I hired him to move a few sprinkler heads which he quoted me for right up front. He also ran my system and identified some issues with other heads not functioning properly, which I had not mentioned. He fixed the other heads to provide maximum coverage to my new plants and did not charge me any extra. I was pleased to see that he enjoys his job and I appreciated the OCD for other people’s property. I would hire Alpine/ Dave again.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to come out and meet the customer, go through all the problems and concerns they might have about the project. Answer any questions they might have. Explain and show them what needs to be done and why. I typically don't ask to be paid until I have finished the project and gone through it with them and make sure that they are Happy with the Work.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our Irrigation Contractor is Charles Fearnow who is State Certified. Our Electrical Qualifer and Co-owner is Ulises A Garcia. He is an electrical engineer with a bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from the University of Miami. He has over 30 years experience as an electrical contractor
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started in the Construction business Growing up, my father built homes and I was involved in every aspect. Electrical, Framing, Flooring, Sheetrock and Finish work. I started doing Irrigation Installation and Repair both Commercial and Residential in 1985.
