- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am charging a basic fee of $50. I use the money to purchase material for the sessions. Of course, gas money is covered in that fee along with the time it takes for my services which includes research as well as the actual counseling.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a new client comes to me in the first session, I try to convey a sense of respect, trustworthiness, and deep concern for the person's problems.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through a program called "Elijah House", which is a counseling program. I have also gone through Bible school and have received my bachelor's degree in psychology. I am now in the process of receiving my masters degree in counseling.
