Our pricing is always transparent and competitive. Every job is quoted upfront so there are no surprises. We offer different options depending on TV size, type of mount, and cable management (in-wall or external cord hiders). Discounts may be available for multiple TVs or repeat customers. Our goal is to deliver top-quality work at a fair price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start by discussing your project details — TV size, wall type, mount style, and any special requests like hiding cables or adding a soundbar. We then provide clear pricing and schedule a convenient time. On the day of service, our technicians arrive punctually, send a text before arrival, wear shoe covers, and complete the job with professionalism. We finish by cleaning up and making sure everything works perfectly before leaving.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our technicians go through a thorough training and shadowing program with experienced installers. We focus on safety, precision, and customer service. Our team is skilled at handling different wall types (drywall, concrete, brick, metal/wood studs) and trained on installing all types of mounts, soundbars, and advanced cable management solutions.
