Very responsive and professional! He took his time and did an amazing job cleaning my couch, chairs, and rug. He was extremely thorough and paid close attention to detail. Everything looks refreshed, and I can genuinely see and feel the difference. It’s clear that my furniture and rug were properly and thoroughly cleaned. Called The Fabric Spa in a panic — my kid got sick on the mattress and we had no backup plan for the night. They picked up immediately and somehow fit us in the same day. I still can't believe it.
The technician came, assessed all three mattresses, and didn't just clean the surface — he explained that they work deep into the layers, because that's where it actually matters. Safe products, no harsh chemicals, nothing that would bother a sick child sleeping on it that same night.
By evening all three mattresses were fresh, clean, and honestly looked better than they had in years. My family slept. That's everything.
