Very nice and easy to communicate with. Unfortunately, after a couple days the clean carpet smell faded and some of the pet smell returned :(

Good job removing stains & cleaning 2 rooms of carpet, but pricing is very dishonest. They emailed me a price of $119 which I printed. Upon arrival, I was told the price would be $180. Manager was called, & price was lowered to $150. I agreed to that price since I had prepared for carpet cleaning that day, but would never use them again. Email receipt was $152.10 instead of $150.
