- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every project is different and we try and adjust our pricing to match our clients needs. We won't charge for a full blown production when smaller staff and equipment are what the client really needs. We are really proud that we can provide service designed to fit a clients budget and personal needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We try and get detailed info about the project and the client. We want to know what the client expects before we begin a project. Being on the same page really keeps costs affordable because there are fewer changes along the way.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Degrees from Loyola University and The University of Tampa have given us a strong production background. We always embrace innovations and while new technology and equipment are being created everyday we still rely on trusted techniques that will always help get us through any situation
