Premium Plumbing was referred to us by our Condo Association after our previous plumbers just weren't understanding the assignment. Our shower and tile contractor needed the plumbing rough-in corrected for the THIRD time, so we decided it was time to change plumbers.That's when we called Premium Plumbing, and what a difference!Luis came out and was absolutely awesome! He was experienced, professional, polite, and worked directly with our stone and tile contractor to make sure everything was done correctly. Most importantly, he understood the assignment!Shortly afterward, I received a call from the owner of the stone and tile company telling me that we needed to keep Premium Plumbing as our plumbers because the difference in workmanship was night and day.Fast forward, we've now used Premium Plumbing three times, and I couldn't be happier! We contacted Premium plumbing to repair/replace a garbage disposal. They came out and gave an estimate but unfortunately was higher than I received from another plumber. I wish they gave one in correspondence. The plumber who came was professional and did offer a cheaper price but could complete the job for the quote I got. I appreciate thumbtack recommendations.
