- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge three dollars a slice for a standard buttercream wedding cake. Fondant cakes are more expensive and depending on what I have to do for the decorations that would be more.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask them their vision of their wedding. And then I ask them their vision of their wedding cake and what types of cakes and fillings and decorations that they see on that cake
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've taken at least 10 courses on cake decorating, wedding cake decorating, fondant, and flower making. I've also taken courses on airbrushing and creating different types of fillings.
