Our cleaning process can keep your windows clean for up to for up to 3 months longer than traditional window washing methods because we do not leave a sticky soap residue to attract more dirt. We include everything in our "no surprise pricing", so you will not have to worry about any surprises or extra charges, even if you accurately use our online quoting and booking system and price the job yourself.

If at any point in the process, you do not feel like we are delivering 5-star service, let us know and we will make it right. Even if Mother Nature decides to ruin our work and rains on your newly clean windows in the first 96 hours (4 full days), we will come and make them spotless again, no questions asked and no problem.
Some window cleaning companies charge extra to clean screens or different parts of the window, not us. We will remove and wet wash the screens, clean inside and out using our Exclusive PureVu filtered water cleaning process, clean cobwebs from around the inside and outside of the window, clean the window seals, and vacuum the sill and track to remove debris, dead bugs etc. Your windows will be cleaned using our 100% chemical free process and dry to a streak and spot free finish with no residue to attract new dirt. We guarantee you will love our service, or you do not pay. We are good for you, good for your landscaping, good for the environment.

Our pricing is based on the number of glass panes rather than just the number of windows, so for a home with five windows, you’ll see a quote for ten panes of glass. This approach ensures accuracy in our estimates. We include comprehensive services in our pricing, such as cleaning both the interior and exterior of windows, wet washing of screens, and vacuuming out window tracks. Additionally, we offer a ‘Clean Window Club’ with tiered discounts based on the frequency of service. The more regularly you schedule cleanings, the greater your discount will be. This way, you can enjoy sparkling windows at a more cost-effective rate.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new window cleaning customers is designed to ensure clarity and satisfaction from start to finish. We begin by either receiving pictures of the windows or arranging an on-site assessment to discuss the scope of work. During the initial assessment, we evaluate the windows' condition, check for any mineral buildup that might require additional work, and inspect the durability of window screens to recommend appropriate cleaning options.
Once we receive approval for the job, we proceed with scheduling and provide automated appointment reminders one week and one day prior to the service. If the initial quote was based on pictures and there is a discrepancy in the window count at the time of service, we honor the approved quote and adjust the pricing only for future cleanings. This ensures transparency and fairness throughout our service.
