These are just a few photos but in total my house was about 13 full windows as well as my door and sliding glass door all replaced in October 2023. Completed the measurements in August and the order arrived in the earlier part of the estimated time frame of 8-12weeks. Had all the windows delivered and installed by early October (which was 8weeks). I had three quotes completed, Gulfside Windows and Doors was my first quote and also the most reasonably priced by far. The two other quotes made me sit through an hour presentation, were ridiculous almost doubling the price despite the same sale prices being advertised and stating time frame of expected delivery and installation was minimum 4-6months out. Communication was effective, they even were able to come back to add on a double entry lock for the sliding glass door. Would recommend to anyone looking for PGT hurricane window installation. Fair price, professional installation, and quickest delivery for hurricane windows.

Office staff, Gail and Candice prompt in scheduling and answering questions. Installed windows in two bedrooms, patio and door on patio. Installer, Pablo, did excellent job and passed inspection with flying colors. Excellent quality Competitive pricing.

Absolutely exceeded expectations. Aaron from Gulfside doors was the last of four estimates, including an installer contractor for Home Depot. The previous three told me that what I wanted (french doors to replace old sliders) could not be done, without major demolition and rebuild of the exterior wall. The doors were not a normal size and slid into a deep pocket in the exterior wall. I didn't hold out much hope for getting this project done and when Aaron arrived I was quick to tell him that I doubted he'd be able to help. Nonsense he said. He took measurements and assured me they could do the job. Later that day my girlfriend and I met Aaron at their showroom in Clearwater where he showed us several options and made recommendations on what he thought would look best in the space. He provided a fair written estimate that did not change through the course of the job and there was no high pressure sales tactics. We left the store and a week later called to arrange the down payment (1/2 of the estimate) and schedule a final measuring. The doors had to be custom made because of the abnormal size. The installer and his helper showed up on a Saturday morning and worked for 10 hours straight to remove the old sliders and install the new french doors and side panels. Both were very polite, professional, and tolerant of my two curious dogs. Gulf Coast doors called me that Monday to arrange for the county inspector to sign off on the job. The inspector was quite impressed with the new addition as well.
When closed, the doors block out all sounds from the outside, the blinds inside the window panes block the natural light when closed or highlight it when wanted, and the tempered glass even helps with dissipating the heat from the sun. From the outside, the doors add a touch of elegance to the pool area.
It has been over a month since install, and to sum it up, this is may be the most satisfying home upgrade I have ever done. I would use Gulf Coast Doors again and have already recommended them to one impressed neighbor
