FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We price by square footage, scope, and frequency — not by guesswork over the phone. Every quote starts with a walkthrough so you get a firm number, not a range that changes after we show up. Recurring accounts (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly) are priced lower per visit than one-time service. No trip fees, no supply surcharges, no charge for the walkthrough or the estimate. If your scope changes mid-contract, we re-quote in writing before we do the work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Call or message — we get the basics: facility type, square footage, frequency, timeline. On-site assessment — we walk the space, document condition, and identify anything that affects scope (floor types, restroom count, after-hours access, security requirements). Written scope and quote — you get a line-item scope of work so you know exactly what's included on every visit. No ambiguity. Schedule and start — we set the service window around your operating hours, not ours. Quality check — we inspect against the written scope, not against a vague standard. If something's missed, we come back.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We're a veteran-operated company built on federal contracting standards. Our crews are trained to a written scope-of-work and inspection standard — the same discipline required on government facility contracts — which means the checklist doesn't get shortened on a slow day. [Austin: add specifics — OSHA 10/30, IICRC, GBAC, bloodborne pathogen, chemical handling, any of it. If crews are trained but uncertified, say "trained in" rather than "certified in."
