- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We use Xactimate which is a nationally recognized estimating software used within the insurance and construction industry. It is based on current labor and material costs, building codes, and zip code specific pricing. It is consistent, fair, and easy to understand.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each of the partners has over 20 years in disaster restoration. We have extensive experience in structural, geotechnical, water damage, mold, fire damage, odor control, full rehabs, roofing, and much more. As licensed insurance adjusters we are also uniquely qualified in understanding how to help you through the claim process successfully.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Personally I went through a Cat 5 hurricane on a tropical island and the rebuilding thereafter. Ever since, I've been helping people rebuild after disasters and improving their quality of everyday life.
