- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a standard amount for teardown and removal of old fence, the new fence is a certain amount per foot based on the type of fence wanted and gates are a set price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Making the initial contact, I introduce myself and tell them who I'm with and what I'm contacting them about. From there I let them tell me what it is they are looking for and answer any questions they have then we go from there.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Before building fence and gates, I did construction work where I built decks and roofs. This is where I first learned to take correct measurements and make angled cuts and perform general woodworking.
