- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, dispatch reviews process with customer and gives them general information about how we charge and what Master Movers has to offer. Dispatch then schedules a day and time for the owners to come out to their current residence to give them a free quote. At that point, we would go over date options with the customer and reserve a move date for them.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Make sure the company is licensed and insured, first and foremost. It helps when the employees are clean cut, presentable, respectful, polite and punctual. That is the image we strive to portray every day with our customers.
