- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Cheaper is not always better. The cheaper investigators lack experience. Many are scammers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The initial step would be either chat online thumbtack, phone call or an email conversation. We will ask you questions to determine what the best course of action is, based on your budget. From there we build an investigative plan to your satisfaction. During the investigation you may be contacted due to updates or changes. You will receive a written report as well as any photos or video taken, no more than 72 hours after completing the investigation. Clients also may have a login to our system to receive regular updates on their case.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have attended the law enforcement academy, and was a sworn full time police officer. I was recognized by The White House after assisting the US Secret Service and the Physician ๐ฉโโ๏ธ to the Vice President of the US Mike Pence ๐บ๐ธ
