I am so impressed! After a lackluster experience last year with a different company, I was following Mark and Steve around to ensure that I was getting clean windows, tracks and screens. Boy, was I elated to see such amazingly clean everything. No mess to clean up after they left. Here are some highlights for me, a very detail-oriented person who does her homework:
1. The initial phone call with Mark was awesome. He’s professional and answered my list of questions willingly. He worked with my timeline.
2. He was a very fair price for the work done. Being the lowest bid, I was a tad concerned about the quality. I should not have worried.
3. He confirmed our appointment one week ahead and then texted when he would be arriving this morning. I appreciated that detail.
4. He did the job personally with Steve, another great hard worker. No “crew” showed up. He did.
5. He’s just a friendly, good, hardworking guy with a ton of experience. Hire him. You won’t be disappointed.
The house looks amazing! Thanks, Mark and Steve….see you next year for sure! 😊

While training for the U.S. freestyle ski team at Squaw Valley, I washed windows in the off season. I started cleaning windows in 1985.
