- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer a 10% discount to active and veteran members of the military (with proof of ID). We also offer that discount to our first responders. Our instant book prices are based off of a General Home Inspection. If you need a Four Point and/or Wind Mitigation, contact us directly for that pricing (typically cheaper than a General Inspection).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Very simple and automated. I like to keep all my forms and reports digital, so that way it streamlines the process. Easy to forward the reports to your insurance company as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Certified Builder's License in the state of Florida, as well as my Home Inspectors License.
