- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a culinary arts degree that I earned from the prestigious Johnson and Wales University in 2000. I also spent 15 years in 5 star 5 diamond hotels, michelin starred restaurants followed by 10 years on private luxury yachts and private estates as well. From there I soared to the top 2 of over 300 chefs on another platform where I did in home dining with 4 course menu.
