John is great at what he does. First he asks you a series of questions to determine what your fitness goals. His plans differ depending on what your fitness goals are. His workouts are challenging but produce results. The best thing is that uses different methods of weight training and cardio to increase your results. If a workout is too difficult he will show you how to modify it. The best thing I liked about John is that he came to me. I didnt have to go to a crowded gym to meet him. He is very knowledgable in nutrition and supplements. I would highly recommend John to anyone whos serious about achieving their weightloss and fitness goals. You cant compare John's services with those trainers at those big box gyms. His prices are affordable compared to other trainers I have used.

I have trained 2 to 3 times per week with John since August 2013. I lost 50 pounds and have gained so much core strength, balance, flexibility and functionality it's amazing. At 59 I didn't think this was possible. John is extremely well educated, articulate, has rock solid knowledge of human physiology and physicality, with the ability to apply these skills to match his clients' needs. John also created a weight gain diet, and has been training my 28 year old son who was a professional sprinter. His results have been as stunning as mine in a totally different way. John is passionate about delivering the highest quality training package and follows through from one session to another. John trains me at home bringing everything I need to exercise my entire body. He is always punctual, exacting in his choices of which exercises are right for me on any given day, and pushes me just enough so that I feel accomplished after each session without being exhausted. I highly recommend John Louis and am grateful that he is my trainer.

John is an exceptional trainer. I have worked with many trainers in the past, and it is hard to find someone who understands all aspects of a 'great workout'. Most trainers will have you warm up, on your own, before you start your session; then afterwards there is no cool down/stretching. John understands that stretching, warming up AND cooling down properly are all part of the workout and combined, they give you a better result. He has a keen eye for proper form as well. He will point out any corrections right away and does a wonderful job of working with injuries. He has incredible patience and cares about his clients' performance and their end results. John's extensive knowledge of the body and varying workout techniques allows him to adapt to his clients' individual needs (injuries and all!) and give them the ultimate workout they come to him for! Take it from someone who has been training and working out for over 20 years: John is the trainer you want to work with!

John is the best. My daughter is a competitive volleyball player and he has handled her development with poise,encouragement and a keen awareness of her training requirements. John is always on time and has gone out of his way to accommodate our difficult schedule. I recommend him highly we could not be happier.

John is the best trainer I've work with. He's very knowledgeable in his field. He started me from ground up and now I'm in the best shape of my life. His workout are very creative and not boring, he challenges me mentally and physically. He's definitely a trainer that cares about you and your results. He does what he has too for you to reach your goals.
