My pricing is straightforward and always includes labor, materials for installation, and cleanup — no hidden fees. Every estimate is customized to the scope and tile type, and I’m always upfront about add-ons like demolition or baseboards before starting the job. For larger projects or repeat clients, I’m flexible and fair with pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start with a short phone consultation or visit to understand the client’s vision, materials, and layout. From there, I provide a clear written estimate with all details and timelines. Once approved, we schedule the project, confirm material delivery, and stay in close contact from start to finish. My focus is always on transparency, quality, and making the process stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Over 15 years in the trade — including on-site training with tile specialists, continuous hands-on experience with porcelain, marble, and mosaic installations, and a deep understanding of material prep, waterproofing, and finish techniques. I’ve also worked directly with vendors like Floor & Decor and Venezia to stay current with product standards and modern designs.
