As a military officer (US ARMY) and former PRPD police agent, self defense and fitness are vital components of officer survival in any dynamic encounter. We must condition our mind and body to adapt and perform well under many different and unknown situations. I started training with GM Rodriguez using his videos on self defense and street fighting techniques that have been enjoyed by thousands. His broad background in a number of different styles and disciplines is the key for his teaching. His expertise has evolved from years of research and training to eliminate any response that did not fit into a real deal. It is simple, direct and extremely effective strikes, moves and techniques that could be learned easily. It is designed to benefit everyone regardless of their age, sex, experience or current physical condition. Finally in 2000 I met GM Rodriguez and I became an instructor under him. I Train Regularly With My Instructors and Attend Several Seminars and Workshops Annually to Keep My Level of Expertise and The Level of Training Extremely High>

Teach Reality Based Self Defense for adults and children not Competition Karate. Available to our clients online, in home or at Seminars and Workshops. Our Program is geared to bring our Clients the Most Effective Cutting Edge Real World Self Defense Plus Getting our Clients in Great Shape!!!
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Always research potential schools and instructors and be sure to get some trial classes before commiting to a school.
