FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I believe everyone should be able to afford to get a massage if they choose. This is why I keep my prices as low as possible. I do not charge for my travel or the time it takes to set up and put away supplies. If someone gets a 60 minute massage from me, they actually get 60 minutes of massage therapy.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk with the client to see what there needs and expectations are. I generally have them fill out a quick paper, letting me know if there are any medical conditions that would effect the massage. Communication is very important, so I always ask my client whether they need more or less pressure as I want them to enjoy the massage.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the massage therapy program for 10 months before getting my massage therapy license for the FL department of health. There are also many continuing education classes , everything from new advanced techniques in nervomuscular to aromatherapy. It is very important to me to always learn new things.
