She did an amazing job! So grateful to have found them. I just had a newborn and only a month to plan my 6 year old daughters bday while also being incredibly sleep deprived. Alexandra made me feel so at peace with it all. She was incredibly supportive, understanding and communicative. We've found our permanent event planning company. I wouldn't think twice hiring them again. Great work!

Clara did an amazing job bringing my baby shower to life. Her recommendations where amazing and she kept me within my budget which I greatly appreciate. I played the event pre-Covid and ended up canceling however I paid a deposit. She was generous enough to place my deposit on hold until I’m ready to plan another event. I definitely will contact her when planning my next event.

  • What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

    Cost includes: Consultations up to event day, research, planning/coordination, venue planning, meetings, set-up/breakdown day of event

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    I like to have a meeting with the client (a free 1st consultation) in person or phone call, to understand your vision and what is the most important thing you want your guests to remember. This takes about an hour. As I ask questions, I take notes so I can prepare a proposal for you, which we will review together with details on services provided and cost. If the proposal is accepted by you, we move forward with a detailed contract. From there I begin to coordinate and plan your amazing event!
