- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our typical pricing is $300 for 1st 4 hours and additional $60 per hour pricing is for 2 people. Karolina and I work together so that we can complete your project as quickly and efficiently as possible using each of our own skills and strengths to get the job done. Two heads are better than one! Any organizing supplies (bins, shelving, etc.) are additional.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We can discuss your project whether in person, over the phone or via zoom. We do offer 1/2 free consultation to find out your needs and review process to make sure we are same page to get your done job.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have both been organizing for years in our own homes and helping friends and family members with projects.
