Chris exceeded my expectations in caring for my 4 cats. He not only came faithfully for the week we were gone, but he also sent photos with a report each day. He kept 3 litter boxes very clean and something else that Chris did is He cleaned up after himself of which I REALLY appreciated. Absolutely no smells when we walked into the house!!. If you want someone who has integrity, who's protective with experience for your fur babies than Chris is your man. Pet sitting is one thing which is very important, but being able to trust my home and it's contents to a honest person is very comforting to me while being gone. Communicate your desires for your animals to Chris and he will follow your instructions and he will give you his services that also will exceed your expectations.

Summary - Chris was outstanding! Highly recommend giving Chris a chance to care for your pets. Chris took care of our "zoo" ( 2 dogs and 10 cats) for six days. Everything went off without a hitch. Chris sent pictures and text messages very often so that we could stay in touch with our pets (My wife proofread this and says I should not say "pets" - they are her "babies!") The pictures were so much fun to see. This was a BIG JOB for someone not familiar with our zoo - different feeding schedules, different needs for letting dogs outside, cleaning litter boxes, feeding cats in three different places - it is a big task for me and my wife and we do this regularly. We did give Chris a little more than his regular asking price for the very large amount of responsibility and the length of our stay away from home. He was willing to settle for less, but we wanted to treat him fairly - if you have a zoo, please be fair with Chris; he is worth it. Everything was in the same place we left it, except the things Chris used during his stay. It always produces a little anxiety when someone stays in your house while you are away, but any anxiety we had was totally unnecessary. Support Chris in his business... You will be pleased.

We have used Chris several times to Pet Sit for us. We used him to live in our house and sit with our 12 year Lab and our cat while we went on vacation. Our dog is needy and did require medication which Chris expertly handled. Chris also fed our fish. While we were away Chris would email us photos to show they were well cared for and happy. When we came home from vacation our pets were always happy and well cared for and the house was left clean and neat. Chris seems to enjoy our pets. We would recommend him to anyone considering using a pet sitter.

We have left our dachshund with Mr Z three times. Each time we were very pleased with his service. When our dog Bear sees Mr. Z he gets excited and wants to stay with him. Bear will not stay with a lot of people so we feel very fortunate to have meet Mr.Z and are very comfortable leaving Best with him.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I generally correspond with them through text, thumbtack or phone. We then set a meet and greet. That way the pets are familiar with me and the customers get to know me better. At that point we talk about what the job entails.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I'm pet CPR/ First Aid certified through PetTech.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
Initially I started doing this type of work for my friends and family.
