I do not charge upfront fees. Buyers typically pay no direct commission. Seller commissions are discussed after a free-market analysis and tailored to the level of service provided.

My process is simple, clear, and client-focused. First, I start with a quick conversation to understand whether you’re looking to buy or sell, your preferred areas, and your timeline. For buyers, I help with pre-approval guidance if needed, set up private MLS alerts, schedule showings, and negotiate the best possible terms from contract to closing. For sellers, I provide a free market analysis, pricing strategy, and marketing plan, then manage showings, negotiations, and the entire transaction through closing. I keep communication clear at every step and make sure you always know what to expect. My goal is to make the process smooth, informed, and stress-free.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a licensed real estate agent in Florida with ongoing continuing education in contracts, Mortgage Loans, ethics, Fair Housing, Environmental Issues, Home Improvements, and market analysis. My training includes buyer and seller representation, pricing strategy, negotiation, and full transaction management. I stay current with local market trends and compliance requirements throughout Palm Beach County.
