Ana Valladares is the Realtor who I regularly use in Florida to help me with the purchase of my investment properties, and manage my rentals. She has done an excellent job with the choice of tenants that she has procured, and the monthly monitoring of the properties. She attends to everything from rent collection and service calls, to accounting for my company. She has great problem solving and communication skills and she is very knowledgeable of the Florida market. She has also facilitated and overseen construction and remodeling of some of my properties. I enjoy working with Tal Daniel and Maxima. Tal is very efficient, professional and has a great work ethic. In some aspects the company is more affordable than other companies (on certain tasks) and in other aspects/projects they can be more expensive, however they will work with your budget, be flexible and assist you with all of your needs. I enjoy having them as our property management company and we look forward to working with them for years to come.

I have used RMZ Realty for the past 4 years, in all reality I’m still currently using them. James Williams and Garrett Wayne are true professionals that go above and beyond for their clients and renters.
