Thank you Elite Music Instruction. The bottom line is good teachers get good results and our children love their teachers. Our daughter has been taking piano lessons with Elite Music Instruction for three years and our son has been taking violin lessons with Elite Music Instruction for two and a half years. I just could not get my children to practice with their old teacher and now I can't get them to stop practicing.

I had my twin boys take violin lessons with Janie Wise since age 3 to about age 15. In addition,I also decided to take lessons with her . Therefore, I can sincerely attest to Janie being a great teacher. She has patience with kids and adults. She is very professional and expects her students to practice. Is she tough? Absolutely! But my boys went on to play in the youth city orchestra and would not have been able to do it without her great guidance. Moreover, her passion for teaching is a rare find in teachers. Anybody who learns from Janie may not become a Mozart like myself, but rest assured, she absolutely gives 100 percent in each lesson. The student has to take her teachings and apply it to be successful. I would recommend Janie to anyone. Columbus lost a great teacher and musician. Madhavi T.

I was taking lessons at Autry music and there wasn't much of a difference in my sound. The coaches there really didn't care if you were practicing or not there where just there for a pay check. After seeing xfactor I had to find out who coached Melanie Amaro and that what the best thing that ever happened the day I met Stephen!! Patient encouraging strong and wise. I really recommend him! After the first 3months my boyfriend was already telling me that my tone has improved and I wasn't as tone death lol. I've built my confidence and started putting videos of me singing up and I've had people from high school ask me where am I taking my lessons and I proudly say Prestige Music center. Now there is a theater where all the shows are held which really helps develop my talent on stage and I must say Its a wonderfu experience been there a year and two months and I can't see me going any where else this is the most progress I have ever had!!!

I am pleased to recommend Dr. Hristo Popov as an outstanding violin instructor for children and adults. I have known Dr. Popov for the past 4 years and have had extensive contact as a violin student, the parent of a violin student and a parent volunteer at string camp and various other music festivals. Dr. Popov is a superb musician, a true virtuoso violinist. Although many individuals who have such outstanding musical talent do not excel as teachers, Dr. Popov is the exception. His teaching skills are top-notch. My daughter, Annie was born extremely premature and spent 6 months on a ventilator in the neonatal intensive care unit. Due to her medical issues, she has a variety of hand-eye coordination problems which would typically make the violin impossible. Dr. Popov has been very patient and innovative to adapt the traditional methods and create new ways to help Annie learn the violin. He is patient and creative, always encouraging and great with children! Dr. Popov is able to relate well to students of all ages and skill levels. As an adult student, I started violin lessons with Dr. Popov at the age of 46. He adapted the teaching methods again to suit my work schedule and my practice needs. I have enjoyed learning so much that I have been eager to participate with the children in many of Dr. Popov's concerts and music camps. As a physician, I am very busy. Dr. Popov has been very patient with my adult learning needs and was even able to adapt a series of hymns for me to play with his as a duet. Above all these assets is the wonderful humanistic touch the Dr. Popov brings to his teaching. Over the recent years, he has instructed students who have lost dear members of their families, tackled serious medical illness and worked through a variety of learning, sensory and behavioral disabilities. For these students, Dr. Popov has used the violin to open the door to knowledge, healing, comfort, friendship and happiness! I cannot say enough great things about the concern and devotion that Dr. Popov brings to his students. He is a character builder, a friend and a mentor!! There is no finer violinist or teacher than Dr. Hristo Popov.

Hello, I am a local church music director who recently hired Ms. Lisa to help my young and upcoming violin students. All I can is, after having this first meeting, that not only is she extremely qualified to teach, she also connects with my students. I love the way she interacts with them, they had only great things to say about her. Please, if you are considering her, I suggest you choose her. I can guarantee that you will not regret it.

I wanted to start piano lessons for my 3 year old son and everyone thought he was too young. Not Michael! He gladly accepted the challenge and we are beyond pleased with the results. After only a few months, my son can now read music/notes and is working on a few songs. Michael is very patient, super punctual, and truly seems to love the art of music. I feel very fortunate to have found such an amazing teacher for my preschooler!

RJ has been a wonderful piano instructor to our girls. He has so much patience and knows just how to teach at a high level while still making it fun and enjoyable. He has taught them so much and our girls adore him. We can't believe that they know how to read music and play the piano.

In the years we've had lessons the staff and teachers at Key to Music have been so excellent! The school worked to put my children with teachers that match their learning styles. My children love to go to music lessons, and they even practice in between without too much nagging. The people I've referred to Key to Music have been very happy as well. One of the great benefits is that the students get opportunities to perform in the community, and that there are free group lessons on many Saturdays.

I had an opportunity to work with Kevin in Spring, 2016. He was my coaching guest of my regular lesson; I worked with him for total 4 hours. We were working on a piece, Czardas which was composed by Monti. Kevin's coaching and facilitation definitely benefited my violin playing for the long term.Even though I only had a few hours to work with Kevin, he provided some extremely useful lifelong violin tips and advice. He told me that,"You need to think to tell a story to your audience while you perform a piece." Kevin has many great attributes. He is very knowledgeable about violin techniques. Every time I asked him questions, he was able to provide me legitimate answers. Also, his explanations were crystal clear. He knows how to explain tricky violin mechanisms explicitly. This is one of Kevin's greatest strong points: He is very enthusiastic when he comes to violin teaching. He definitely knows how to inspire and motivate people positively. I've seen many prolific violin instructors. Unfortunately, some of them do not have the same positive energy that Kevin does.Every time I felt more confident and more inspired after working with Kevin. 4 hours wasn't enough for me to work with him. I definitely wanted more! Kevin invited me to attend his recitals in Spring, 2016. I was totally amazed by his performances. He was performing one of the most challenging violin quartet pieces, Beethoven, Grosse Fuge. Kevin really stood out as the first violin during the performance. He has very really powerful bow strokes, beautiful vibratos, a great sense of dynamic control, beautiful intonation and great musicality . While I was listening to his performances, I felt like he was really attempting to tell the audience stories through his playing. After all, I agree with him wholeheartedly. He was right about his performing philosophies. Playing a piece is actually telling a story to your audience.I strongly believe that Kevin will continue to grow tremendously as a violin educator and a professional performer in the future.Kevin is definitely highly recommended to work with!

I like to learn a little about my students. to get to know them so I can tailor a lesson just for them around the styles they like.

    About

My name is Shaun. I am currently available for music lessons in the comfort of your own home or mine. I have been teaching music for 10 years to many different students, with ages ranging anywhere from 5 years old to 67 years old. Many have gone on to play in bands and earn a living playing music or are playing for personal enjoyment. One of my students just got into University of Miami to study music. My lessons can be as formal or informal as you want. I teach beginner to advanced guitar lessons covering a variety of topics including chords, scales, rhythm, applying topics to songs, learning songs, reading music, music theory, applying music theory on the guitar, learning the notes all over the guitar neck, and technique (alternate picking, sweep picking, economy picking, hybrid picking) in many different styles. Bass lessons are beginner to intermediate. Piano lessons are beginner up to level 4 reading. My rates are competitive and depend on if I come to your place, or you come to mine. I have references upon request.

We are a state-of-the-art music school located in Central Palm Beach County offering lessons in piano, voice, guitar, drums, violin and harp. We also have a very active pre-school music program. Our students are anxious to get to our school early for their lessons, as they fill their time studying music theory in our computer lab with fun-filled software, or practicing on our numerous keyboards. We also have a junior glee choir for ages 6-7, and a senior glee choir for ages 8-12, as well as a choir just for adults. We also offer a violin group class, we call our Pizzicato Players! We specialize in working with very small children through adults of all ages. One of our most-improved students is a great, great grandmother who is almost 100! A couple of the highlights of our school year are our fun-filled recitals. Everyone gets a chance to perform! Many of our instructors have advanced degrees in their instrument, and are performing in and around our community in numerous venues.
