- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Every wedding and event is uniquely crafted to fit your vision and personality. Please contact us for more information and pricing. We can customize our packages to fit your needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. After the initial inquiry you will receive a questionnaire to complete about your wedding and/or event. 2. Once the complete questionnaire is received, a list of packages to choose from that fit your wedding and/or event needs will be sent to you. 3. Once a package is selected, you will receive a message to schedule a phone screening with me. The purpose of the phone call is to go over more information about our packages and services and to verify if you selected the best package for your needs. 4. If everything checks out and you are ready to move forward we will schedule an in person consultation. 5. The consultation will give me an opportunity to get to know you as a potential client and vice versa. I will provide you with an overview of our services and answer any questions that you may have. You will also have the opportunity to share your ideas and thoughts about your wedding and or/event as well as your expectations. 6. After the consultation you will receive a proposal which will be based on your planning needs as previously discussed during your phone screening and consultation. Once the proposal is received you will be able to sign your contract. Let the planning begin!
