Michael was great. Needed to get some work done to satisfy my insurance company. Knocked it all out in one go. Great looking plumbing, fast installation, and brought everything up to code. Hauled away the old stuff and made sure everything was cleaned up. Very helpful in explaining how to maintain it. Great confidence added with a warranty for the parts and labor.

We are a flat rate pricing company
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I get all the information of what the customer is wanting and then giving them all the information I can to help them make the best decision based on that information. This way the customer gets exactly what they want and what they need.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been in the trade for 32yrs and have learned from the best in my area for those years. I have also been through many manufacturer training programs, mostly tankless repair and install.
