There was a small leak from the bottom of the toilet. The bowl wobbled a little.Raptor sent a plumber the next morning. He checked it out and he explained the "flange" (connects the toilet to the drainpipe) was broken and needed to be replaced. He had a new flange with him and installed it promptly.The area was left clean and ready to go. The price was fair and reasonable. Thanks, Raptor Plumbing
