FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer all our clients a free first initial inspection to understand better their unique wildlife situation. We do this primarily because we are confident in our solutions and competent in pricing and quality. Our reputation speaks loud.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We like to simplify the process as much as possible to get us quickly on our initial inspection, and this will allow us to customize a plan with what needs to be done to remove wildlife and keep them out. This starts with an initial conversation where we answer common questions and collect basic information to generate a work order for our initial assessment. This includes a full multipoint inspection of the interior and exterior of your home and photo evidence of all our findings. Our expert team will take the role of educator, walk you through our findings, and help guide you to the most educated decision! Something also unique about us is that our vehicles are unmarked and as discrete as possible. Our HOA and community education programs are a huge hit!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
This question put a massive smile on my face; Oh boy, where do I start? Understanding wildlife behavior and what they are looking for is critical to accomplishing the target outcome, so besides a ton of literature and years of research, I also hold most wildlife control certifications by NWCOA (National Wildlife Control Operators Association) some of those are currently uploaded within the pictures available for all to see. All our employees carry relevant certifications within their corresponding areas. We staff biologists and some of the nation's renowned experts within our fantastic industry, to the extent of being the local go-to for others within the industry when there is an unusual or challenging situation.
