Robert and Vladimir came out on time and proceeded to do an unbelievable job on a very complicated issue. They were careful, pleasant, professional and solved a major problem with my Microwave and FIXED it! I am thrilled. Plus, the price was so fair, I paid them extra. What a great experience! Was available right away on a Saturday. Found and fixed the problem in 10 minutes. Just a little pricey for a 10 min fix but he came on a Saturday.

Service was excellent! Vlad was prompt, professional and extremely accommodating to needs. He quickly determined that my 15 year old dryer had overheated and caught fire but had not destroyed the motor. It needed a part for the repair and because I urgently needed it to be fixed that same day, he drove 20 minutes away to pick up the part and then returned to finish the job. He made the dryer like new again and I was extremely grateful!

Our dishwasher suddenly stopped draining properly. ABC Appliance Rescue immediately sent me info on their pricing and policies. Their parts and labor are covered under warranty which not everyone else guarantees! And they came out to fix my dishwasher the next day! It's been 2 weeks and my dishwasher is working great! (4 out of 5 only because they had to reschedule the first same day appointment).
