Extreme Balloons was hired to do decorations for my daughter's party. I spend over $14,000 for the party and that was for a guest list of only 30 people. So money was not a problem for me. I made a deposit of $600.00 and the rest to be paid ($256.00) when the job was completed. The job was completed on Feb 4th. That night Feb 4th, the staff/friends helped load all the extras that were left from the party into the trunk of my Mercedes. I Went home exhausted and I did say I would pay the remainder of $256.00 when I got home. When I got home I went straight to bed. Next morning Feb 5th, I went looking for my phone since I didn't have it. Finally it was found in the trunk of my car with other items from the party. I saw that Extreme Balloons billed me so I paid them (less than 24 hours have gone by) thru Thumbtack. Later on I checked on my messages and phone calls. I found a message from Extreme Balloons saying that I was a scammer and they were reporting me to law enforcement. MIND YOU 24 HOURS HAVE NOT PASSED YET!! I texed them back immediately and explained that apparently my phone, which I left on one of the tables where all the stuff was on, was put in, along with everything else in the trunk of my car. I was appalled and disgusted that they were accusing me of being a scammer and threatening me with calling law enforcement on me. Please don't take this matter lightly. It was unprofessional and appalling that a business would label a customer a scammer and threatening to call law enforcement on them. Please look into this as no one should go thru this. They did apologize but their apology is not wanted.
