- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
They’re pretty much set prices but negotiations are possible.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I usually set up a phone or face to face interview to get some facts of the event and what is needed. This helps me add a personal touch which caters around my customers' needs. This will also help build a playlist proper for the event. I do not do birthdays or holiday themes. I am stricktly weddings, graduations, Anniversaries or get togethers. The same with Karaoke parties.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been doing this since my teenage years and have covered New York, New Jersey and now Palm Beach, Florida.
