My regular groomer, who comes inside the home, was away. My backup groomer had a backlog. My dog is an older rescue who’s skittish with strangers and who doesn’t like being groomed. And our first experience with a groomer who used a van was not a good one. The groomer was prompt, got my dog comfortable, and gave her the simple short cut I asked for. I didn’t ask for a specific kind of cut; I just wanted my dog to be healthy and comfortable, and not spend more time in the grooming process than was necessary because of my dog’s history.

Great experience from beginning to end! The groomer was punctual and the full groom with de-shedder was reasonably priced. My Pomski came out handsome as ever and smelling fresh for days!
