Jon and Marcella were friendly, professional and arrived on time for the job. They were very informative about what they would be doing, and checked in with me frequently to make sure any changes they made were ok before making them. The job was done well, they cleaned up after their work, and our emplyees appreciate the new water cooler system they installed in our office. We will definitely use them in the future for any plumbing issues.

Finally! I've found "my" plumber! Excepting one person, I've never had anything except great experiences on Thumbtack. In this case, Jon was no disappointment. He came out, reviewed the job, and gave me a fair estimate. He was also able to schedule the job such that he performed prep work while we waited on the electrician (also from Thumbtack). Jon was extremely helpful in my decision on which tankless water heater to buy. He answered all of my questions based on his knowledge and personal experiences. It was a great relief not to have to be an expert in this situation and to be able to rely on an expert for honest advice. In between his prep work and the final work that was to be performed, a pipe burst under my kitchen sink. Jon was able to adjust his schedule to make that repair and a couple of other minor repairs while he was at the house. Jon is hardworking, polite, pleasant, knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely reasonable. If you need an experienced plumber who is not out to rip you off and who will exceed your expectations, Jon is your guy!

Jon was on time. He was extremely knowledgeable. He took the time prior to coming out to explain my options on price, warranty and quality. He was very clean while he worked. Kept me informed of what he found. He let me know about any suggestions he had for me and if they were important or even necessary. I'm very happy with his work and even asked him for a few cards for my friends. I will definitely be hiring him for all my plumbing needs in the future.

I cannot say enough about how great Jon was!!! He responded immediately and was at my house ASAP! I was told I would have to replace my whole valve which would have been north of $500 and Jon just replaced the cylinder for a fraction of that. Once he was at the house he fixed 3 other problems I had and couldn't have been nice and more professional. Absolutely the best plumber I ever worked with !!!!
