Made an appointment with Pro for 10:00am on Saturday May 17. Pro texted Saturday am to say he was running behind and gave me a new ETA of 11:30am. Then pro texted a little before 10:30 am to say his work finished up and was on his way with an ETA of 12:30 which was 2 hours away and this puzzled me as I thought Pro was local. I rescheduled for Monday at 4:00pm and was confirmed. Pro texted Monday morning around 9:30am to confirm that we were still on schedule for arrival at 4:00pm. 4:00pm came and went without any contact from Pro. Texted Pro at 4:35pm with no response.
