- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We always start with the assessments. That way I have the clearest picture of what is currently going on and you can get the most value out of us working together. What's your dream/goal/ or objective? Knowing this is an important step in our journey in working together as its the main catalyst for change. "If you don't know where you're going, any road will get you there." Where are you out of balance? This is where the assessments come in so we can bring the body back into balance. Based on the physiological stress load and physical assessments we will use variety of tools such as massage, diet logging and resistance training to bring the body back into a more optimal position.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I received my CPT from the American council of Exercise in 2018 I became a LMT from the Phoenix school of Holistic massage in 2019, shortly there after I continued my education in bodywork through Structura Institute in 2020 where I learned Myokinetic therapy, a modality based in Ida Rolf's Structural integration. That same year I started my journey with the CHEK institute, a comprehensive and holistic education around movement and wellness, where I am still learning and expanding my skillset.
