What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we make sure we gather all the requirements the customer needs for their commercial / residential cleaning. Once we analyze, we give the customer a quote and ask them which date / time they are available. Once we set the appointment, we follow up with the customer on the day of and once the cleaning is complete to make sure they are fully satisfied.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our team has been in the cleaning business for over 5+ years. We make sure our cleanings are thorough and done well.
