- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is very competitive and offer different options depending how frequently you need your home or business cleaned.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We make sure we notify them the day before to confirm for the cleaning. Once done we make sure they are fully satisfied otherwise we won’t leave until everything meets the customers needs :).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been trained and mentored from many cleaning business owners and learned the dos and don’t to cleaning and customer satisfaction.
