- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our rate typically covers incentive for our thumbtack loyal customer's, fuel surcharge, covers basic loading and unloading moving process. Additional services (packing and etc.) and moving materials (shrink wrap, tapes, bubble wraps and etc.) may not be included.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A typical process will be to conduct in-home survey with the customer, if possible. However, most importantly a telephonic communication to gather further information and to get a better understanding of customer's moving needs can always help.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Logistic and REIT managerial training.
