Professional services include contract generation, review & negotiation, budget creation & reconciliation, menu design & selection, on-site management, venue evaluation & selection, pre & post-production management, vendor relations & management, concept design & curation, timelines, food and beverage selections, and design layouts. Halley Events also holds a Certified Special Events Professional (CSEP) + Certified Meeting Professional (CMP). Event services include event planning for social (cocktail parties, galas, fundraisers) and corporate (meetings, conferences, incentives). Weddings are considered on a select basis and start at a budget minimum of $75,000.00. Event Planning Rates (start at**): Day of Planning: $1,500.00** Partial Planning: $2,750.00** Full Planning: $5,500.00** Please note: Halley Events planning fee is 10-15% of the event budget (based on the scope of work), with a minimum budget of $15,000.00 (excluding day of planning). **I am available for hourly consulting, remote work, and travel outside of my range will be subject to travel expenses**

Best decision I made was hiring Halley Events! Breen made sure to get all the best pricing, brought creative ideas to planning, took all of the "stressors" off my plate, and handled everything from pre wedding, wedding day and post wedding. She made sure to stayed on top of everything. I was so beyond pleased with Halley Events, and will hire for all future events. I did not have one thing go wrong during my wedding, and did not have to handle one thing, which truly allowed me to be in the moment and enjoy this special day. The entire wedding venue was transformed into what looked like something you'd see pin on your Pinterest. Every detail and decor surpassed all my expectations, and that is not easy to do with me! And lastly, something very important when spending money and planning an event, there was absolutely no pressure. If I changed my mind on having an activation, for example, I felt comfortable to voice. Best event planner and cannot wait to work with them again!

I loved working with Breen! She helped me plan my dad's 60th surprise birthday party while I was 1000 miles away. She made the entire process so easy and crushed the event. She was super responsive, very easy to work with, offered a bunch of great ideas, and so much more. I 10/10 would recommend her for your event and plan to use her for any other events I have in the area.

Breen provided high quality work to our event and I cant thank her enough! Through her we were able to connect with excellent vendors! She gave us peace of mind with attention to small details and really pulled out all the stops with out over stepping our original vision! Would book again

I can't thank Breen enough, she made my wedding a magical, beautiful, stress free day. She helped keep us on track leading up to the event and the day of. She had wonderful ideas, answered all of my questions promptly, and helped us when we needed it the most. She was professional, organized and a sweet and kind person to work with. I was prepared for a high stress day of wedding and had the exact opposite experience because of Breen. From set up to break down she made the day for me relaxed and enjoyable. She even reminded me to eat dinner during the reception! I highly recommend her for any type of event and will miss working with her!
