Yen did the balloon garlands and backdrop at my baby shower. She was great from the being to the end to work with. She was easy to reach whether it was through text or a phone call. She is easy to talk to, has a great personality and is punctual with time which is extremely important. She even prepped prior to the event to ensure that what I wanted was done and completed on time. I expressed to her what I wanted and she delivered. She did a beautiful job. I would definitely hire her again for future events.
