- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is done by headcount. Gratuity is not included in pricing. Travel fees are applied accordingly outside of the West Palm Beach area. 50% non-refundable deposit to secure desired date. For our dinner for 2 events we provide a backdrop and table setting - fresh flowers are an additional cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins by assessing the type of event and number guests. We discuss number of courses, type of service (buffet vs seated), and menu options. After the menu has been decided we give a quote on how much the service will cost. Once agreed upon we will send an invoice requesting the 50% deposit to secure the date. For our dinner for 2 events we provide a backdrop and table setting so we will also discuss decor as part of our process if applicable.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With over 10 years of culinary experience in fine dining restaurants, private jets, and luxury cruise ships, I have acquired valuable skills that will meet the needs of diverse clientele. I excel in the areas of vegan, Italian, Caribbean, and French-American cuisine. I am experienced in meeting special dietary needs and requests, including gluten-free, keto, low sodium, vegetarian, vegan, low-calorie, and low-carb meals.
