- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I work with a new customer, I start by understanding their goals, health history, and any limitations. From there, I create a personalized plan that combines workouts, nutrition guidance, and ongoing support. I regularly check progress and adjust the plan as needed to ensure they’re safe, motivated, and seeing results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m a certified personal trainer and certified nutritionist. I also have years of hands-on experience in bodybuilding and fitness coaching, which helps me create safe, effective, and personalized programs for my clients.
